If you haven't figured it out by now, the reason a line of dialogue repeats over multiple panels is so that while pitching the scene the storyman can read the lines continuously while flipping through panels. Some directors prefer the lines be broken up and appear under corresponding panels only. The latter is better for giving the editor a sense of the intended timing after the scene is turned over.
