It was brought to my attention that I left out the "firing the gun" pose from the sequence of sketches in my last post. So here it is -- along with the "aim" sketch that precedes it.
(I've added them to the last post as well, just to make it complete.)
AAAAHHH I'M SO HAPPY
ReplyDeleteSweet jesus Toby, your posing is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteMuch more appealing than the actual Mickey ;_;
ReplyDeleteGreat great great poses of Mickey!!!! So loose and care free. I love the model sheets you created a while back too.
ReplyDeleteDelicious sketches! Would you consider me odd if I printed these and ate them?
ReplyDeleteAMAZING! So Dynamic!
ReplyDeleteman sweet works Toby!

My dearest Father,
ReplyDeleteHere I sit in class frustrated and tired of staring at my own work. I always enjoy your work, Dad, but today it was especially refreshing as a break from my own.
I spent a little more time today reading the comments you have received, as well as your responses. I love the way to talk about your own work and your advice to everyone is just as sweet and caring as the advice you give me as a student and your daughter.
You're amazing, and I love you!
Wow. I'm speechless. I love you too. You're my pride and joy.
ReplyDeleteNot sure how to follow up those last couple of heartwarming posts. So I'll just say thank you for posting such inspirational work and I'm looking forward to your next post.
ReplyDeleteWow, Toby... your blog is mesmerizing. You're my new favorite spot to get a kick in the rear to start my days.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of kicks in the rear...
ReplyDeleteAnother update please!
Hey! Awesome stuff. (:
ReplyDeleteI would like to ask how do you get the pencil texture in your boards? It seems to me it's done in photoshop. If so, may I know how you got the brush? (:
